1) Agreement to YouTube Terms of Service

Music Queue uses YouTube API Services. By using Music Queue, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

2) What Music Queue does

Music Queue is a venue-controlled jukebox experience for bars/restaurants/pubs. Customers request tracks from their phones; the venue controls what plays (blocked styles/terms, queue rules). Playback happens only via the official YouTube embedded player.

3) No downloading / no redistribution

We do not download YouTube content, extract audio, or redistribute videos. We display limited metadata for discovery and queue display (e.g., title, channel, thumbnail, duration).

4) Credits are for queue requests

Credits (when enabled by the venue) are used only to request placement in the venue’s queue. They are not a payment for viewing or listening to YouTube content. Venues may also offer free credits for engagement.

5) Venue responsibilities

The venue is responsible for operating the system in compliance with applicable laws, licensing and venue policies.
